My work has primarily been inspired by systemic, hypnotherapeutic and humanistic ideas and approaches, by philosophy and modern neuroscience, shamanism as well as Western and Eastern spiritual traditions. My most influential teachers in therapeutic work are Stefan Hammel, Holm von Egidy, Matthias Varga von Kibéd, Insa Sparrer, Barbara Birner and Gunther Schmidt.
