Hypnosis, Trance and Guided Regression
Trance and hypnotic states are archaic phenomena that are found in every culture. Often, the term "hypnosis" is associated with the so-called show hypnosis, in which the hypnotized person follows orders apparently without will. Therapeutic hypnosis, however, applied in a solution-focussed way, is entirely different. Here, you come into a state of consciousness, in which your inner world and unconscious is more easily accessible compared to the normal awake state. You experience different levels of perception simultaneously, the world of possibilities opens, linear logic dissolves. That way, individual personal solutions can be initiated creatively from within, guided by your inner wisdom via imagery, bodily sensations or spontaneous insight. Changes of thought or behaviour patterns or the resolution of negative conditioning and trauma can be facilitated that way.
Even within deep hypnotic trance, the contact between us is held upright throughout, communication via body signals or speaking is possible. This non-directive form of hypnosis is one of the most effective methods in psychotherapy and coaching. Commonly, a noticeable change takes place already after one session.
Dependent on your concern, a regression into earlier phases of life or prenatal states may be appropriate, or even previous lives or life forms, which leads to an even deeper understanding of ones's inner processes and dynamics. Experiences that may remain unresolved or are suppressed under the expense of psychic energy, may give rise to fears or insecurities, compromising trust and the quality of life. In hypnosis or trance, feelings locked within the memory of a stressful event can be released and integrated safely from a distance.
